Still feeling the honorable high of creating bites for the celebration of Intuitive Machines’ landing of ‘Odysseus’ on the moon! I collaborated with my favorite dudes at Noshly to bring together a menu for this historic celebration. We had the opportunity to serve the many folks who had big hands in making ‘Odysseus’ exist, which traveled over 600,000 miles! Intuitive Machines accomplished the first successful lunar landing for the United States in over 50 years.

The menu included: Beef tartare bites with pickled oyster mushrooms | Red Snapper on shiso leaf, trout roe and pickled red onion | Wagyu beef skewers | Romaine cups, chickpea dressing, cauliflower | Chicken liver dumplings with yuzu jam | Caviar and crab station.
